you take air in and let it out! that is the only way too bereath..Oh and by the way I`m on again

Exhale when you are lifting up/crunching while contracting the abdominal muscle - release all air out, imagine your abdomen muscles pulling toward the floor as you exhale, then inhale as you return to the starting position. Quick breath out then quick breath in.

Exhale while contracting or crunching your abs (the part where you sit up) and inhale as you come back down. Slower is better.

the proper way while doing any exercise is to breath out pushing your belly in and breath in thru your nose pushing your belly out

When sitting up you exhale so that you can pull your belly button in towards your spine and when laying down you inhale.

in through your nose, out through your mouth.

dont do it once every sit up/crunch. thats too much, you can pass out.
