Christian was not a term used at first. They were "followers of the Way." Today they are called "Roman Catholics."

The early Christians were those who went house to house preaching to their fellow Jews, teaching them that their traditional rituals, beliefs, and observances (holidays), dating back almost 2000 years, were no longer valid and there was a new way. What they are called now is the same as than, they are called a CULT by people who are highly educated in the religious arts, just like Saul of Tarsus, except these days they get paid very well to say it.

The early christians were called saints before they Nicknamed christian for believing in their martyr which was killed.
the nickname stuck throughout history and now christians are apostates who believe in a form of the truth but "deny" the truth thereof.
christians are being gathered together in their false religions according to their most favorite teachers and are baptized according to which ever church follows a certain belief system. it is not proven by God that anyone has the truth, or even a little a bit of the truth. it is proven that people have faith, and possibly there are a few that actually keep the words of God.
it is also possible that such people are raptured and ascened and translated out of the world because so many people dissappear and only a few people are actually murdered or kidnapped. To me true believers are the Nation of God today. but evil conpiracies see to it that 3/4 of them are killed like the prophets of old.

The early Christians were at first called the "disciples"... after about ten years, they began to be known as "Christians" (according to Acts, this first happened at Antioch.)

Now, they are all dead; most are in Heaven, and we call them "saints."
