Has to do with the will. What is easier...working out or eating? Heavy people, I feel bad for them because they do it to themselves in most cases....If they are happy, thats good for them, but sometimes they need to understand that being heavy isn't really a good thing. It is hard to go on a diet though, thats why you gotta make sure you don't get heavy when your young.

This is a bit biased.
Some of it is genetics and learned behavior as much as habit.
Same reason why way too skinny people don't eat enough.
Both are equally bad. Both are unhealthy.
Why do you focus so much on "heavy" people?

yeah lack of motivation, bad habits, big stomach big cravings, hormonal problems... etc. but the real question is why don't some people on Yahoo answers use proper language when posting their stupid questions?
