I'll probably get a basting from my fellow Christiansfor this question, but I'm dying to know.

If someone says “Oh god!” or “Jesus!” while in bed with you, do you get offended?

No. So long as they don't say "Oh Marsha" I'm fine.

I'm so bad. I shouldn't say "they" I should say "he." So long as HE doesn't call me by the wrong name, it's all good. And I'd much rather he says "oh god" than "Damn baby, that was a waste of time!"

No, not at all. I've even said it myself a few times. It doesn't mean anything religious to me. It's just another exclamation that happens to be popular in this culture, so I picked it up. I also don't get offended by "goodbye" which originally meant "God by ye" or other such anachronisms.

Do you get offended that the days of the week are named after old gods?

Don't be dumb.

Do you get offended when people celebrate Christmas when nearly everything except the name is rooted in Pagan traditions? LOL maybe you do and thats a bad example.

No, I don't care - and I might say 'Jesus!' if I hear my neighbour just went on a killing spree - why, does that make me a Christian?

Thanks to my societal upbringing, I still curse using those terms, even though they're meaningless to me. I guess that really doesn't make it cursing any more does it? Hmmmmmm.
But to answer your question, no. In a way, I think it's a compliment, don't you? Being compared to a god in bed, or the fact that someone is enjoying themselves so much with you that they must cry out to their god in pleasure? No, not offended.

I'm an Agnostic. This is a silly question that has been asked 10000000 times before.
