It's only healthy to lose 2 pounds per week - so 20 pounds by April. Instead of setting agoal that's three months away, set daily or weekly goals for yourself. (I'll work out 5 times this week. I won't drink any soda for 2 weeks, etc.) This will help you achieve your goal better.

I just did a soup diet, like the cabbage soup diet but it is made with string beans and has a list of the different things you can eat each day and it is for 7 days. My aunt told me about it and her and some women at her job do it every year after the holidays to lose at least 10lbs. So I tried it and I was 178# last monday when I started it and my last day was Sunday and I am now 169#. It really works and it made me not want to eat after 7pm and I am now more conscience as to what I eat, I admit I had to do a little praying too, but it works. I have the receipe if interested..........I am trying to lose 10-20more by April.

Eat right and exercise. Walk everyday for about 30 min. Seriously, that is the only thing that works. Be realistic and don't go by weight, go by inches and how your clothes fit.

Cardio, and limit caloric intake to no more than 1800 daily. Also, drink lots of water, and don't eat past 7pm ( Leave at least 4 hours betwen meal and bedtime )
