I am allergic to fruits and veggies and am 40 pounds overweight, how do I diet when I can't even use fruits or veggies to do it.

Lets hope you aren't alergic to ALL fruits and veggies....however IF you are then you are going to have to drastically reduce you intake of the foods that you can eat.

Get evaluated by a doctor on the fruits and veggies and he can give you a menu of what and how you can eat. Good luck. Pops

I also question whether you are allergic to ALL fruits and veggies. It could be you're allergic to certain additves or preservatives. In which case, your best bet is to find organic food that is really organic.

Meanwhile, you might find that lean cuts of meat, fish, and whole grains will help.

Have you been to an allergist to find out what it is you're allergic to?

have cereals,dry fruits,rice,....or simply dont eat anything for some days..u will reduce

Can you eat beans?? What about Fish and chicken- those are good, or bran cereals :)
