i need advice on how to tell him, where to tell him, and when to tell him. hes turning 14 in February. i have his AIM sn or i could tell him at a dance that is coming up. any suggestions would be appreciated

At the mere age of being a teenager you shouldn't be thinking of boys'. Not.
Anyhow, tell him at the dance. Face to face is much better because you'll have his undivided attention. But, be cautious. Make sure that he seems to like you, too. Don't put yourself out there to get your feelings hurt.
At this dance, wait until your song plays or a song that he likes and you two dance together. Preferably, a slow song. It sets the tone for the words to come out right and it sets the mode for being calm and collective.

Talk to him when you two are by yourself and dont tell him when you can't be looking at his face cause his expression tells you what he's really thinking. At the dance might not be a good idea if things go bad then it will just suck for you the rest of the night, just talk to him when you get a chance. But the sooner the better so you can get it off of your mind and if he doesn't like you back its ok cause there is some guy out there some where that is just waiting for you. Good luck!!
