I am a high school student, play basketball( winter), field hockey (summer/fall), softball (spring). I have a pool, a sister, and a dog. I need to find a quick workout that will fit my busy schedule, but I want it to work well, and show results. I have a bad knee so, anything like hard core running is not an option. I need something i can do in 15 to 30min, and feel good about myself afterwards. HELP!!!

OK while you're at high school, hold your stomach in all the time and twist your body from side to side when you walk. When you play basketball, field hockey, or softball, make sure you get hit in the stomach more than anywhere else . .. really hard. Once a month, use a bucket to take all the water out of the pool and fill it back up. Pick up your sister on a daily basis and carry her behind your neck for several hours. Give your dog several bones a day and teach him to bury them, then go out and find them thus digging your garden.

Or you could take appetite suppressants.

As a teenage female myself, I reccomend initiate by taking a on an popular basis nutrition and eating a healthful weight-help plan. i don't devour any potato chips, cookies, or issues like that to snack on. attempt to devour six small nutrients an afternoon packed with mandatory proteins, fatty acids and so on. devour alot of chicken! decrease down on crimson meats/alot of cheeses! Have yogurt as a alternative for ice cream. Drink ALOT of water, this might help alot!!! Do thirty mintues of cardio three times a week and carry on with that with a 10 minute ab work out (Youtube SparkPeople's Ab work out and Butt work out) - i exploit those following a thirty minute run on the treadmill this way you will decrease weight, and then TONE your physique so which you will look sturdy in a bikini! Water makes your epidermis glow and keeps you finished so which you will combat off those snack urges Make a calorie count huge variety so your eating approximately 1200 energy an afternoon have confidence me, you would be dropping weight very right now stay healthful, do not pass nutrients this might reason you to binge and devour a huge meal purely making you devour a ton extra energy and it finally slows your metabolism down in case you pass nutrients each and every physique sort is different so via telling me your weight i don't know how particularly healthful or extra healthful you're.

Use the elliptical trainer at the gym. I also have bad knees, and this no-impact machine works the best for me.

You will need to put in 30 minutes though. And your knee problem might resolve itself when you're at a healthy weight.
