NONE. teenagers are not capable of not spending all they have and then some. of course most banks do not allow under 18 teens to carry check cards. you can just get a savings card but they will wipe that out and have nothing in their savings. if you are not worried about that aspect or the thought of having a "future savings" i would go with a bank that doesnt charge for low balances. let the teen be responsible to supply the account with their own money and when its gone its gone.
