33 = XXXIII
833 = DCCCXXXIII or CCMXXXIII
38333 = MMMCCMXXXIII
I don't know if Roman Numerals have 10,000 or not. I don't recall them having it, and I'm not gonna write out thirty-three Ms to represent thirty-three thousand
EDIT
30,000 = XXX (with lines over them - can't figure out how to do)
So, 33,833 = XXXMMMDCCCXXXIII or
XXXMMMCCMXXXIII
Used http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roman_numerals to get the 10,000

XXXMMMDCCCXXXIII
N.B. Imagine a bar over the first three XXX which would indicate 'multiply by 1000' - I'm sorry I couldn't type it.
