Listen intently, laugh at their jokes, tilt your head toward them, touch his arm or shoulder, ask for help, start a conversation, compliment him.
Basically you pay a little extra attention to him than you normally would, just don't go overboard. It looks cheap and won't go over well.

You make leading sexual kinds of comments , ask him to dance & snuggle real close, maybe kiss his neck or whisper things in his ear. You tell him your looking for a person to start a relationship with & then ask if he is available. That is loud & clear...don't you think?
