I found a site that will pay for 1 year of weight watchers or Jenny Craig for free. The site is here http://offers123.info/offers123.info/watchersvsjennycraig.php
Which one should I sign up for?

Weight Watchers, for sure! They teach healthy eating skills that stay with you for life, not just while you're on their program.

With Jenny Craig, you have to pay depending on how much weight you lose, and you have to eat their special food.

I had greater success with Weight Watchers. Jenny Craig is well, however you need to acquire meals and comply with simply what they are saying. It's rough to move out to dinner or to a pal's condominium and devour. With Weight Watchers, you don't seem to be relatively on a "nutrition." You are finding out a complete new strategy to devour and keep healthful for the relaxation of your existence. On Weight Watchers I misplaced 2lb. a week (forty lbs. complete) and feature stored it off for 10 years simply by looking what I devour and being smart. I can devour in any eating place (I pass the bread and such a lot cakes, and feature my salad dressing at the facet so I do not use an excessive amount of).

W.W. My wife lost nearly 40 lbs in the two months after each of our two children were born. The only catch is that whatever point range you fall into, you MUST eat to reach that range, in order to keep your metabolism running up enough to burn and lose the weight.
