One of my friends is in great shape. Whenever we're watching sports and everyone else is eating potato chips, chips and salsa, etc. he eats baby spinach. I don't like it, but he says it's crunchy like other snacks and once you do it a few times it's great. Also most varieties are beef jerky are good as is light popcorn.

One of the best low cal, filling snacks is 94% fat free microwave popcorn. You can eat a pretty large portion for a relatively small number of calories and it expands in your stomach, making you feel like you've eaten a lot more.
Some of my other faves are Edy's Fruit Bars (some flavors are fat free!): http://www.edys.com/brand/fruitbars/flavorlisting.asp?b=136.
If you love chocolate, or for a high-fiber quick snack or breakfast try Fi-bars: http://www.fi-bar.com/. They sound yucky but they're great.
Good luck!

Jello, 100 calorie snack packs, apple sauce, yogurt, popcorn, rice cakes (many different flavors now), fresh fruit and veggies--also canned are pretty low in calories, fish (if prepared right). Just a few ideas--good luck.
