i have a problem with a "not so fresh feeling" a lot. I spread my *** cheeks when i take a dump, to prevent smearing. But i still end up with an irritated anus. I hate to have to carry baby wipes around. any thoughts?

wash ur a**, then dry good, then use baby powder to keep dry

i do not know of that problem yet but there is no way to keep your clean sensation going on down there bc there is always germs why do you think the saying goes wash your hands after every visit to the restroom now if you are uncomfortable with your tush just pick up some over the counter preperation H it really helps sometime hubby has same prob!!!!! you shouldnt use baby wipes bc they irratate an adults skin more than they would a childs for what reason i do not know but thats what my hubbys doctor told him

shower daily, with an antibacterial soap. run the bar between the cheeks, creating a thick lather. dry thoroughly. and if you're experiencing splatters, place a cigarette rolling paper in the crack!!

well carrying wipes around with you is better than not. They do have some in small packages..maybe you should try and find them..

you can clean it with water, like keep a bottle of water next to your toilet and dump some water over your "area" afer your done and then wipe clean and that should take care of it

try to wait and use the bathroom just before you get in the shower. That way you will not get the "swamp @ss"
