im an up and comming boxer i have been a wrestler all my life and looking to get into boxing then ufc so if i can train to get into fight shape and contacts to get into the octagon it will be deeply appreciated

yeah do a lot of jumroping and cardio to get your stamina up. Strength train twice a week with quick powerful reps to get some power. Do a lot of crunches. Join a boxing gym.

If you want to do UFC later on start right now cross training in Judo or Jujitsu. Maybe just a couple days a week it will help alot gain experience before you transisition.

Basic boxing work out
Jump Rope 3 rounds
Spar 3 rounds
Heavy bag 3 rounds
Speed bag 3 rounds
Shadow box 2 rounds
Jog 2 miles.
Lots of crunches
Have someone use the medicine ball on your stomach
