I've spoken to a few, and they were right on target. The thing is that we all have this ability, just in varying degrees.
I don't trust those who ask for large sums of money. I don't trust those asking for a credit card number. Go to a local shop and find someone you can speak to. Don't offer information. Either ask what they have for you, or ask a specific question. You'll know if what they say hits the mark.

I do believe in 'weird' things and that some people have a psychic ability. I think everyone on the planet has it to some degree (just a tiny bit). But, I can't help but think that all career psychics are full of crap (for the most part). Go if you want to but just think of it as a form of entertainment. Don't spend a lot of money on that sort of thing.
I had a free 'reading' at a party when I was 18. The woman told me a bunch of random things and than said that at the end of the year I would meet a guy in the military and have some sort of fling with him. I laughed it off because I was all 'punk rock' with dyed hair and piercings back then and I was all 'anti-establishment/government' etc., and I HATED military guys. At the end of the year, I met a skinhead (of the non-racist sort) at a punk show. We started hanging out and got a little 'intimate'. He was a little embarrassed to tell me about his job because he said he was afraid I'd have a 'problem' with it. He ended up telling me he was in the military and that he worked on the nuclear subs at the sub base on the shore. I visited him there a few times, so I knew it was true. It was about a week later that I remembered that that 'psychic' had told me I'd 'date' a military guy at the end of the year. It freaked me out a bit.

Not very many people actually have psychic ability to the point were they can predict the future. Most of the people who advertise are faking it, some are very good at faking it. The train themselves to pick up on little hints and clues based on what you say and what you are wearing. That's how they make their money.
If you really want to go to one, go. But be very careful and do not spend too much money.

I've never seen any evidence that they're reliable enough to base any decisions on.
If you want to explore this see if you can find a psychic that can find Ossama or a missing child or solve a crime or prevent an accident or pick the lotto numbers or name the contents of a safe. See if you can find a psychic that can provide ANY concrete, verifiable evidence that psychic powers are real......Nobody's done it yet.

Try and use a little logic dear if psychics could read the future do you think they would scraping out a living talking to you when they could either predict the lottery numbers or the stock market or any other endeavor that would make them rich?

Psychics are not legit. In fact, I can predict what will happen:
You have questions on your mind and you are seeking answers. Changes are soon coming to your life and you feel uncertain. You are unsure of yourself and want reassurance. The stars say you are destined to have a good life, so don't be afraid. You will meet a strong male figure, who will help you in your journey in life. Blah... blah... blah... See how easy that is?

yes they would be legit at least some would. The problem with psychics if they are legit is they are receiving their info from the dark side of the realm. Not always accurate and could be deadly.

Some are out for money, some are real.
Fact is...
The Devil uses them to instill fear and doubt into God's followers.
Example: A physic tells a person that they will die in 4 days.
Also, the devil uses them to put thier faith in people and predictions rather than God.
Example: You will recieve more finances than ever before if you focus on your job first.
(instead of God...)
The devil is quite the trickster. That can also ruin relationships between families.
The bible talks about it as a form of witchcraft, which has it's roots for rebellion against God in (Greek or Latin..)
