Sorry permanent means permanent. Once it's gone, it's gone. Now on rare occasions a person might have a third tooth. one under the permanent tooth..but that is very very rare.

i do not know if this helps but my bro got his adult teeth in when he was like 9 when he was 12 he lost 6 front teeth in a car accident they grew back but very slow thats creepy bc they say that your teeth do not grow back but they do in time if you are young!!!!!!
