Many things can cause this. The best thing is to check with your doctor. I had problems with my legs and feet always hurting so much I almost couldn't walk. My doctor gave me a full work up on my blood and found out that I lacked B-12 so now I take B-12 all the time and don't have any problems now. But like I said there could be other things that cause it. Like bad blood flow, Diabetes, Plantar Facitis (SP?)(thats mostly feet pain), go to www.webmd.com you might be able to narrow it down.

it could be a sign of anything like a pinch nerve in the neck or hand or some where in the body, or it could be tinnitus, I'm not sure, but you need to tell your doctor before it gets worse....Hope you fell better!!
