hmmm....my first reaction would be to ignore them, but since that didnt work you could maybe just let them do w/e they're doing and they'll get sick of it after awhile if they dont see any results.

Yeah, that's sexual harrassment. You need to tell someone in HR. HR is not supposed to mention your name...they can send out a general e-mail to the company about sexual harrassment and its consequences, and if that doesn't work, they can deal with those guys on an individual basis. If that doesn't work, the guys will be fired, and I'll tell ya, it doesn't matter how h0rny a guy is, he won't want sexual harrassmnt on his work record. Makes it verry difficult to get a good job, afterwards. What also works is to buy a costume jewelry "wedding" ring to wear. It's effective for most guys.

You ditch when you are tired of childish behavior.I would just go straight up to them and very loudly remind them that harassment of any kind is not tolerated. If you have a boyfriend, then defend your honor, they may think you are easy.Tell them.If it is sexual or vulgar in natural, speak to the human resource supervisor, it will get back to them and that will do it for you.

If they are making your work environment uncomfortable or if they are making it difficult for you to perform your job, then that constitutes sexual harassment. Simply inform them that they are bothering you and must stop. If you cannot do that for some reason, then inform your supervisor or employer. They are required by law to respond appropriately. The situation will be solved or someone will go to jail and pay lots of money.
As a teen, I was being bullied by a co-worker. That co-worker was fired, and I was provided escort to and from my vehicle at work. Employers usually take care of employees.

This may be disgusting but it will work...

Simply pick your nose and wipe it on them when they are close to you flirting.

Do this twice and it probably won't happen again. However you may get the new nick name of "Booger"... I would wear it proudly !!
Even go out of my way to make up a name tag with that name on it ! Nothing beats annoyance like MORE annoyance !!

: ) Smile and have fun with it !

A simple email to HR will eliminate it, almost immediately! And, they are required to keep the complaintant's name confidential! Companies don't want sexual harrassment lawsuits, so you can bet that they will take care of it very quickly, and no one will ever know it was you!

Put a picture of the largest body builder you can find in a suit on your desk and say he's your boyfriend.

Insult their manhood. Discuss your mans package size in ear shot of horny puppy dog leg humper guy. My girl struggles with the same problem, but they are her customers. She has made the opportunity for them to meet me at a work function and they have quit. I'm a non-threaten guy, but my sheer size is intimidating.

Frame a newspaper headline telling about a million dollar sexual harassment settlement. Put it where the boss can see it.

That is called sexual harrassment. Warn them once, then go to a supervisor. If they don't do anything about it, then get a lawyer. But that is federal law. Best of luck to you.
