Unless you live in Iraq where the US tax payers subsidize it(current price there is about 10 cents a gallon) you will never see it under that price again.
If we a lucky it might drop back and hold steady around $2 or so. I am not counting on it.

Since about Jan 12 the gas station on the border of Il. and WI went to $1.99 and in southeast wisconsin and northeast wisconsin it ranges 1.99 to 2.29. I almost fainted when I saw 1.99.

its 1.96 a little north of houston texas, where i live. and its not at the cheap station either. i hate that it takes so much money to fill the take, but as my mother in law says, whatcha gonna doo (shrug).
