I am a hypnotist, I would suggest that you just book in for the the hypnosis and let the therapist guide you. I think that you will be pleasantly impressed that the results will if he/she is a good therapist cover all of your problems since they can all be closely related in one session.

If you are unfamiliar with hypnosis use www.youtube.com and search for hypnosis or search for names such as "Wendi Friesen" "Richard Nongard" "Cal Banyan" and you will find a lot of interesting video footage of their methods and references to their websites where they have "FREE" hypnosis resources!

Hypnosis is an all natural ability that we are born with and a good hypnotist will teach you how to hypnotise yourself. If you wish to overcome your fear of needles contact me and I would be happy to describe just how easy it is to gradually reprogram your mind for release from this fear that I myself used to have! You can do htis while you are standing at a bus stop or during a commercial break!

There was a time when as an adult I would still pass out when I saw a needle on TV because of the way my mind was programmed when I was a child, even although on a concious level I was no longer afraid?????

I regularly volunteer now for my regular blood tests and it gives me great joy to watch the needle go into my vein now that I have discovered that it is far less traumatic to watch than leave it to the the rantings of my disproportionate and out of control imaginings!

I am a Hypnotherapist and let me tell you that relieving stress will assist in any other area. It is a very pleasant, calming and very relaxed experience. During this very relaxed state, the Hypnotist will provide your subconscious with suggestions that you both agree upon (not getting frazzled or stressed by little things, nothing really to fear about dentists, whatever)...once you receive these suggestions you will assume them as part of your existence and you will be fine....just make sure that the person holds a certification....then you'll know that we know what we're doing and you'll enjoy the experience immensely! Have fun!

Definitely stress headaches... this can always come in handy.
Needles and dentists don't scare me at all but I do get stressed out.

For a start, choose what you feel would be the easiest for you to overcome now first. That will help build some great momentum for other things. Good luck! :-)
