I would like a seperate answer to each condition please, and the people who have the last complaint need not answer

Circulatory disorders: during a treatment you press and hold the feet, might not be appropriate/might cause damage
Arthritis: because it will probably hurt.
Swelling: Same as circulatory
drug use and psychotic conditions: you really don't want to do any energy work on someone like that.

It could be because people who perform reflexology services, aren't equipped to handle what could happen as a result of a malfunctioned treatment. Imagine treating someone for a circulatory disorder, and he/she suddenly has a heart attack on the table?

Because "reflexology" is technically a "pseudoscience"; there are no testable data to show it does anything more than make people feel better because their feet are being rubbed or manipulated. You may also find "testimonials", which are generally a sure sign that something is bogus. Why publish opinions instead of cold, hard, supportable facts? I can only think of one reason...
