I did Pilates and it was very good for me. It will give you muscle ache every time you go. Even my trainer said she had that still, because everytime you train different muscles. Yoga focuses more on inner peace while doing your exercises, all though it depends on what kind of yoga your are considering, but pilates makes you very lean.

I've been researching this myself (I feel like i'm on a commercial!!! LOL) but honestly Yoga isn't as challenging for your body as pilates. Pilates helps you to not only get fit, but to become even more flexible than yoga would. It's also soothing for your mind and body, but i mean so is yoga. It just depends on the sitch but still i'd do pilates, myself!!!
good luck w/ whatever you end up doin!
oh and yeah, sometimes guys teach pilates and they are waaay cuter than yoga instructors...just heads up!

I myself felt a better workout with the pilates. I swear I found muscles that I never knew existed. Also alot of pilates and yoga are done together. Good luck and have fun.

It depends what you're looking for as results! If you're looking to be more fit and slim down, i personally find pilates is better for me. Try them both and see which one you like better! good luck!

Depends on your goal. I prefer Pilates, although it's much more challenging, physically speaking.

This phase, at the complete, is "smarter" than the ordinary "WWE fan". We recognize approximately storylines and reserving, and so on. But, a few of the uers on this phase are very younger, they usually react emotionally to compare influence, alternatively than intellectually. If their favourite loses, that clouds their judgment approximately the fit as a complete, they usually think the fit "sucked". If their favourite wins, the fit used to be "nice". Most enthusiasts (now not simply on this phase) think that PPVs must continuously have identify alterations, shock returns, and face/heel turns. That's what they paid for, proper? I do not see it that method. RAW and Smackdown are for storyline development, debuts and returns. PPVs must be all approximately the wrestling fit. Where the men (and women) flip it up a couple of notches and convey their "A" recreation. THAT'S what I pay for: seeing them participate in at their satisfactory. The influence of the fits aren't essential to me. Match influence must now not be a aspect in ranking a PPV. The nice of the performances via the ones within the ring must be the one factor that issues. The simplest exception (and the WWE may be very responsible of this) is while a challenger beats a champion time after time after time on RAW or Smackdown however loses on the PPV. That's simply sloppy reserving.
