At anytime, at work, you could video taped, audio taped, your phone could be monitored, and you internet activity, including email can be monitored. You are on company time, in company property, acting as a representative of the company. That is their right. And most will have you sign a form ackowledging the possibility that this may occur. By agreeing to work there, you give implied consent to work under those conditions.

The only exception is in restrooms. They can have cameras in restrooms, but they may not be facing the side of the restroom with the stalls or unrinals. That is why it is common for sinks and such to be on the opposite side of the restroom. When at the sink washing your hands, you may also be on camera. So, if you're going to use the restroom to change, go into the stall, not right in front of the sink. Most employers, though, do not have cameras in the restrooms at all, but they could in the manner I described above.

At work... What about at home I'm not even sure im not being taped at home also. Only the people working for the NSA know how small cameras get and how easy it is to set one up in someones place of residence. For all I know this computer monitor has a camera in it. Probably not tho.

Yes- there are cameras on me at all times. They can zoom in and see the pores on your face. Kinda creepy at first but I got used to them after a while.
