Um there is no safe and effective way to lose that much weight per week and keep it off. If you didnt eat anything, the weight would come off, but not only is that unhealthy and dangerous, you will gain it all back as soon as you start eating again. Its not worth it trust me... lose weight the propper way and itll stay off for good. good luck!

There are plenty of ways to lose weight FAST, but it is not healthy. The safe way is to do 1-2 lbs. a week.

I would do the 2-4-6-8 diet.. you are supposed to drop 4 lbs a week with it....

one day do a 200 cal intake.. then the next day a 400 cal intake and so on.. it tricks your metabolism so that you do continue losing weight with reduced calories.

Atkins might get the water weight off quickly on week 1; lipo gets a lot out all at once; 4-5/week is a lot; best approaches are combining dieting with exercise.

never eat any snack food out of the box carton or bag it came in you re less likely to overeat if you separate snacks into appropriate fist sized servings

use the freezer to add some extra oomph to summer foods freeze grapes for some bite sized delights or get a popsicle mold and freeze some greek yogurt with berries
