Shallow fry it in Olive oil - once golden brown add thinly sliced Halloumi cheese and red onion.

You could get 2 and hold them to your chest.
Hold them large end up and say "Aubergine"
Then turn them large end down and say "Aborigine"
Gets a laff every time!
