Trust me on this one...i suffer from acid reflux...i heard this on talk radio one day...when it hits you, take a tablespoon of vinegar..it'll burn and hurt at first but it'll neutralize it...works.

I tried everything and nothing worked for me at all! I even took nexium 2wce a day! Surgery fixed me permanently! I no longer can or will have it! The vinegar thing made me worse~~~~~~~~~~Good luck to you!!!! But you better get set for what the Dr. can give you to cure it!!!!!!!!!!!!! But Oh yes, do slant your bed up, or use a wedge pillow! That helps it at night!!!!!!
