Just a few months ago i posted a question stating that i am 5'7 and weigh 147 pounds and had asked how much weight you think i should lose and i told you about how i was gaining weight rapidly. . . Well now i weigh 166 pounds and it doesn't seem to be stopping. So in a few months i've gained quite a bit more. What should i do?

It sounds to me like a visit to your doctor is in order. There are some diseases that can cause you to gain weight rapidly. There are also some medications that can cause you to gain weight. Talk to your doctor about your eating habits and lifestyle. He or she will be able to determine whether your weight gain is caused by what you're doing, or perhaps a health issue. You may need to have some blood tests done to rule out various health issues. Keep thinking positive and don't let the weight gain get you down. Negative feelings can cause you to go on a "downward spiral" and that won't help at all. You have some control over your health, so try to see the doctor. I hope that you begin to feel better.

Make sure you are not trying to starve yourself during the day because that could lead to you eating to more than you think you are at night which would lead to weight gain. Also make sure you exercise and cut out junk food and drink plenty of water. If you don't stop gaining weight, talk to your doctor. Good luck!

If you want to achieve weight just consume tons of fatty foods, meals that hasoatt of oil. However make sure you still devour your veggies and fruits to maintain healthy. Oh yeah do not try to devour so much that you can't transfer simply eat every 2-three hours until you acquire the load you wish. Meals you need to devour to achieve weight is like: Fried chook, pizza,altot of ice cream, sweet pastries, and many others just each factor that hasaltot of energy and fat. Which you could get these meals at a grocery store and cook dinner/bake them or most desirable buy them at your nearestfast fooddrestaurante

Hi there, seek out these guys they will get you to where you want to be. if losing some pounds of any description is what you want then I used a great website and coach who helped me. They were very friendly and gave me lots of great advice. I needed to lose 40 pounds and I did so fairly easily. The products really work and you feel great whilst losing weight, its all nutrition based.
I lost all my weight in less than three months and they have helped me to keep it off. Count your callories and for right now try to keep them around 2000 a day. And exersize a few days a week. You'll be fine, but stick with it. No crap food either. And no pop.

oats are your friends eating a cup of oatmeal in the morning will prevent you from gorging in the afternoon

try drinking skim milk at breakfast instead of juice overweight people who drank skim milk for breakfast ate fewer calories
