diet and exercise... but, to be more specific all u really need is 75 bycicle crunches a day... to lose on the abs... and run! it's so cold outside where i am, i only runoutside, so... try doing lunges any and every way.... and if possible, work out twice a day for one month. you atre definatly going to see a difference... also, about the diet, try a juice diet. ur are sure to lsoe weight with that. my brother is a professional trainer, and he suggests you eat only fruits and veggies for two weeks, and you'll lose 20 lbs, like that. and maybe even rice or just rice.

Ok, find an online calorie counter and figure out how many calories you eat a day. Then take about 700 off that and don't eat more than that. So if you eat 2700. Only eat 2000 now. That will make you lose almost 2lbs a week. So that like 8lbs of weight. Now exersize 4 times a week doing cardio for an hour or more a day. Do it nice and easy but for a longer period of time. Also, workout if you can. Muscle cuts fat. So build up some strength and you'll be good. I don't know how much you will lose in a month (you shoulda thought about this earlier) but it should help you. And it is healthy. And drink WATERRR

you can't exercise to lose weight from a particular region of the body. part-specific exercises (such as crunches) will help you build muscle in that area. you need a balanced diet of vitamins and minerals in order to keep yourself healthy. an all-rice or all-fruit/vegetable diet is not healthy, and will not allow you to maintain your weight loss. it takes time to build up a habit, so start now with moderate amounts of exercise. take a look at not only what you are eating but in what quantity as well. it might shock you how much a "serving" of something actually is.

Why don't you just exercise and eat right before you end up like the Olson twin. Perhaps your Mom will know better and tell you not to get a belly button ring.
