Depending on your bone structure and whether you are a male or female. If your a male, you multiply your 9 inches by 6 which is fifty six and add 100 which equals 156 for a medium bone 5'9" male. Females multiply by 5 which would give you 145 for an average. This is the average calculation that doctors use.

there is no set weight. everyone is different. you could look up your BMI i'm sure, but that is a pretty loose guideline. some people may look fat at 130 but if i get any skinnier than that people tell me i look too thin (i'm 5'6") so it just depends on the person

Thats pretty tall so 150 would be ideal.
