As an alternative to trying to match word for word, which may not fit in with Latin idiom, you might consider the following.
In Biblical Latin there is a word "renascibilitas" meaning new birth. However in Classical Latin I'd expect something like "renasci" ~ being reborn, to be reborn.
Something described as reborn would be "renatum".
Something renewed or restored "renovatum".
If you wanted to say something like "we made a fresh start on this" Latin would probably say "we did this afresh", in which case "afresh" would be "de integro".

Green tomatoes indicate that the tomatoe was picked before fully ripening on the vine, this is done to prolong freshness and lessen damage in shipping. Orange on the peppers indicates they have been on the vine a little longer than neccessary but does not hurt them, it actually enhances the flavor. Can't speak to the roast beef without seeing it but it is ok for it to have a kind of iridescent look I don't remember why but I have seen this explained before, the same goes for ham. Bread needs to be covered so as not to dry out but if they cover it while still warm it could produce too much heat causing it to get soggy.

Subway bakes their own bread daily. First thing in the morning, probably when you're still in bed. If the tomatoes aren't red it is because the supplier is getting them that way. Tomatoes are green (not fully ripened) before they're red. Did you know that all bell peppers are green first. Some stay green and others turn red, yellow, orange, or purple. How many tomatoes are growing in Michigan in March? Wow, you like to whine about Subway yet you eat there. Geez.
