I live in Cali and am always out in hollywood... i am going to chicago in a week... know of any good hip hop clubs? my boyfriend said they have to be on the north side. I like trendy places where people dress cute and dance good.

Spy Bar - the hottest club going, but not strictly hip-hop
Funky Buddha Lounge - this is kinda last year, though
Visions - Also not just hip-hop but the place is huge and swank
Level - late night
Prop House - totally off the beaten path

not on the north side of chicago.. best clubs are in the downtown area
