*eyeroll* You feel bad because I don't buy into YOUR preferred brand of deity?

Boo hoo hoo... go ahead and cry me a self-righteous river; I don't give a crap.

I'm sure someone's crying for YOU right now because of your blasphemous non-belief towards THEIR god. Do you care? I'm sure you DON'T, you patronizing cretin.

Oh my goodness, you found the LORD. When was he missing? Why did we not put out a APB to all cars? Where did you find him? Was he drunk again in a bar? The last time the LORD was found, he was in the strip club peeling off five dollar notes for the women.
And as for the atheists, we actually feel sorry for a grown person believing stories that could only be written by people with the intelligence and understanding of a young child, they are called Christians the mental midgets that they are.

You really think the world would be prefect if everyone just bowed down to your god? Not hardly. You'd still have all sorts of holy wars between differing sects.

Besides, I did at one time accept Jesus and served him. You can't say I didn't find him. No more though; I'm an Ex-Christian now. And with very good reason.

I think the world would be a boring place if everyone just believed the same thing. Too much conformity.

"the world would be perfect if they would just accept Jesus and serve him!"

Some Christians commit crimes now and they would continue to do so even after atheists converted. Crime would still exist. How is that a perfect world?

Frankly the people I feel sorry for are the Fundamentalist Christians who "just don't get it". The bible is not literal. Jesus never judged the sinner and neither should we. People who are Christians are not only the ones who are "born again", etc. Leave the atheist alone. Fundamentalist do more to drive people away from knowing Jesus and they are too blind to even see it. Stop trying to "save" people and work on the log that is stuck in your eye. (Yes I know that I am being judgmental too. Or perhaps I am just pointing out the truth which must be done.)

I have no choice but to sometimes laugh at narrow-minded people of all faiths or lack of faith. The fact of the matter is that no one KNOWS for 100% certainty that their belief is right. You may feel it in your heart, and that is wonderful if you do, but the only ones who know the truth are those that have already died and found out what happens or doesn't happen on the other side.
In my opinion, not one religion or absence of religion has it 100% right. I can picture God, Allah, Jehovah, or Myron, or whatever you choose to call your higher power shaking his head in disbelief at man for messing up a wonderful thing like spirituality and faith by turning it into religion.

In a way, I agree with the first part. But those folks made their own choices. I respect their choice and their right to make that choice for themselves.

The second part I do not agree with at all. The world will never be a perfect place. Heaven will, though!

Yup.... the world would be perfect, except for all of the different brands of Christians who fight against each other.... like the Protestants and Catholics fighting in Ireland. Like the infighting between the liberal and conservative Protestants in the US.

It's funny that there isn't one brand of Christian that isn't called Pagan or non-Christian, or heretical by at least one other brand.

Who knows.... maybe if Christians could agree on what a Christian is, it might look a bit more appealing to non-Christians.

Then again, I don't follow a religion that is based on fear and hatred. "Good news" and "Gospel" and "go to hell if you don't believe in me" don't all seem to go together well.

The idea of "dying once, and then the resurrection" doesn't chime with all of the good evidence of reincarnation. Even sceptical psychaitrists have come to understand that this phenomenon seems to be quite real.

In the end, if Christians can't behave, if they can't decide among themselves what "christian" is, why should I bother?

Yes but beware of pride and arrogance my friend! Remember that we believers were w/o a shepherd at one time!
I would have to disagree with you that the world would be a perfect place - even Christians have a flesh or sinful nature.

PS. Keep praying and reaching out to those who don't believe while there is still time!! God Bless!

considering which you don't understand that your faith adn the Bible is a contradicting, ridiculous lie and you all are too immature to be attentive to the way many deaths your faith has brought about us atheists and different religions like Islam and Judaism.

Feel sorry all you want to, but in reality the world would be a lot closer to perfect if A) Christians actually acted in a Christian manner and B) they stopped trying to force their beliefs onto the other two thirds of the world population who has (and is quite happy having) their own beliefs.

Believe whatever you want. Allow others that right as well.
