I set up a system in my car and couldn't get it to work. Every thing was hooked up right and everything was working when i purchased it. One important wire that makes the system work is the Ground. This wire connects to the amp and is attached to any metal in the trunk. Make sure its as tight as possible. You might want to change the ground position too. (move it somewhere else). I connected my ground the a piece of the trunk hinge. After you reconnect the ground change the fuse on the positive wire. It should be really close to the battery. Make sure RCA, rem wires are connected. Pull your head unit out and make sure of those too. Sometimes the vibration of the car can cause wires to jump around and disconnect. Hopefully this will help you.

This happened to me once it was a blown fuse on the amp itself, it was really weird im not sure how it even got blown. Also check the inline fuse going from the battery to the amp. Those are just a couple quick fixes Can't really give any more advice with the limited descripiton of the problem. If that doesnt work take it back to best buy and ***** at them they probally screwed it up on the part they wired

Is there a blow fuse? Bestbuy has been known to mess up. If the fuses are ok, tighten the wire connections to the battery. If it still doesn't work, take it back to Bestbuy as they should have a warranty on their workmanship. Have them hook up some other speakers just to make sure it isn't your speakers that are messed up. If the other speakers don't work, then it's their work that needs to be corrected.

Man, it could be a ton of stuff. Do what the previous guy said...check the fuses and see if their blown. If not, go back to Best Buy and have them look at it. It could be anything from a bad ground to a blown amp.

Is the remote wire connected?
Does the remote wire have power (12VDC)?
Are the RCA wires connected at both ends?

Check these and then come back.
