Hearts are making sound like a drum, so when you hear that sound run for cover!
Heart likes to attack mankind about 40 years and above, exspecially when they holding Mcdonals packs!:)

Best things to do: run or walk every day at least 15 minutes, avoid coffeine, nicotine and do not use the electrical shaking belts like sauna belt etc. Avoid stress!!!

What do you know, It just so happened I was listening to a radio show where they talked about heart disease and heart attacks. My family has genetic heart problems so I figured I should look into this. I personally stay away from certain food ingredients such as partially hydrogenated oils and hydrogenated oils. I also stay away from homogenized (and pasteurized) dairy products. You see homogenized dairy products' molecules are screwed up in the process which create small, sharp molecular structures that scar and scrap the blood vessels. Chlorine can cause heart problems too. I suggest taking a good vitamin e supplement with mixed tocopherols, taking good quality omega-3 fish oil (not krill or flax, just fish), getting a shower and water filter, and staying away from the ingredients and food stuffs that I mentioned above. Do some walking every day, at least about fifteen minutes a day. You can also try talking about one leveled tablespoon of physllium husk fiber (without sugar, aspartame, sucralose, etc) in about 16 fluid ounces or so. By the way, good cholesterol can patch up the scarred/ damaged blood vessels, repairing them. If you can't give up homogenized and pasteurized dairy food, then try off-setting it with stuff like walnuts, fish oil, vitamin e and you should be fine. AND remember to live a stress free life as much as possible, that can cause problems with blood pressure which can damage blood vessels.

Watch what and how much you eat.

Keep you weight down (even skinny people have heart attacks). Don't smoke.

Get regular checkups.

Watch for heart attack signs. (there is no such thing as a sudden heart attack, so the experts say. There is always symptoms leading up to the "biggie".)

Stay stress free.

Don't worry.

Smile often.

Be happy.

Good luck. Pops
