why is organic brown rice vinegar, organic? how is it made differntly from regular vinegar?

also what is the effect of salt in vinegar?

organic means it was made from rice that was grown organically---without chemical fertilizers.

Salt in vinegar makes your french fries taste deliciious.

because it was made with organically grown brown rice not pesticides or fertilizers. Salt, spices up the taste.

No chemicals or chemical fertilizers supposedly. But remember human waste (poop) is chemically treated to become "sludge" and the Government allows sludge to be used as fertilizer on food and that food to be called "organic". And what if someone with AIDS poops and the "facility" takes a shortcut to save money ("The American Way and done each and every day somewhere for profit") and mixes untreated poop with chemically treated poop and spreads that on your produce and then you risk eating the AIDS virus. Not supposed ("supposed") to be able to get it that way - but - just what mutation of what are you going to catch. Think spinach - green onions - cruise ships, - !!! etc
