It's labeled as alcohol.

Drug testing labs don't make those decisions. The client arranging the test (an employer, etc.) tell the lab what they want to test for, and then they get back the results of those tests showing what was found. The client interprets the results however they want. If they ask the lab to test for alcohol, then they'll get back a report showing the level of alcohol found, then they make whatever decision they want based on that.

"ETOH" is correct...I know this because I work in a juvenile probation office where clients are tested for alcohol and drugs on a daily basis.
