Look on the box. See "serving size"? Divide the number of calories in the serving size by the number given by that.

For example, if the Serving Size is 30 crackers, and the Serving Size total amount of calories is 300... Divide 300 by 30 to get the number of calories per cracker. In this example, there's 10 calories per cracker.

You need to check the box to be exact. The box I am looking at shows that each serving is 5 crackers. 20 calories per serving. That would be 4 calories per cracker.
