Tá Gaeilge agam.
That's Irish and means that I speak it.
Irish is one of the 4 Celtic languages left, which are Breton, Welsh, Scottish Gaelic and Irish.

There is no single language called "Celtic".

Celtic language family: p-celtic & q-celtic.

P-celtic:
Welsh
Cornish
Breton

Q-celtic:
Irish
Scottish
Manx

These can be described as "dead but revived," "not quite dead yet, but trying to be revived," and "living."

So, in answer to your question, "yes, quite a few people speak celtic languages."
