This is an hypothetical question.
But, the fact that He came from a virgin and is a man, is the miracle! Then, probably He will have Mary's DNA but God gave the chromosome Y, like He did when He created Adam. That way, Jesus is both a descendant of Adam (thus, able to pay for our sins), and without sin (because He didn't inherit the sin from a human father).
The exact answer, only God knows, but this is the idea I have on the subject.

Let's face facts. Science and religion go hand in hand but when it comes to subjects such as this one it's like putting the genie back into the bottle. The one flaw with this question is that you really can't tell who is who when looking for his DNA because there isn't any to be found. A good and rational mind that read the Bible knows that the only possible means would have to be from the fabled "Spear of Destiny".
Upon theory there should be possible traces of fosilised supposed DNA that does exsist. For those who desire an answer in the name of science, 'human DNA is human DNA' pure and simple. The story of Jesus' birth was told so that you can believe that God "as an entity being does indeed exsist" so that you may believe this as the truth.
We as **** sapiens aren't supposed question God in this manner because it takes away the belief there's something to believe in. All in all I hope this answer people will be happy enough accept posted here as a means to 'keep thy faith in God' while also keeping an open mind to science when it comes to certain questions such as this one.

Who cares and why does it matter? He came here to teach people--- all the rest is irrelevant details.
People are really missing the boat here--- was he married? Is he God or man? Was Mary actually a virgin? heaven? hell?
Anything to avoid the real issue and the real teaching:
’You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the great and first commandment. And a second is like it, You shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commandments depend all the law and the prophets.”
Can you do that? When you can, then sweat the small stuff.

Jesus has Gods DNA & Israels DNA through the womans seed. And when we are born of God, we also have Gods DNA. It is a spiritual seed / DNA.
Don't understand the second question? Mary was a virgin when she brought forth a babe?

One half of Jesus' DNA was Mary's of course. The other half was Adam's cloned DNA through transmigration - supernatural inter-dimensional transference, if you will.

You are asking us to explain something through natural events.
The VIRGIN birth is physically/naturally impossible. Yet God is not limited to the physical and natural world. God works in the Supernatural. How did it happen? Well you can't explain it! We do not have the minds to explain how it happened naturally. Because it did not happen naturally it happened supernaturally.
I understand this may not be satsifying to you. But its something you have to accept if you believe in the Virgin birth. I really look forward to finding out more when I get to heaven.

Yes, from his mother Mary he inherited the power to lay down his life (mortality) and from his Father God, he inherited the power to take it up again (immortality). He also lived a perfect sinless life. Thus he was uniquely qualified as the only begotton Son to redeem mankind from the death and from sin.

Since Marry has no Y chromosome, the answer is (if the bible is taken as fact) no, unless we assume that he was genetically a female (perhaps explains the celibacy) and some hormonal flux in Marry masculinized "him" during gestation.
