What is the thing you would want a guy to give you if you were dating?

I agree on poetry, it always got a good response for me, and that was giving it to a guy. Cook her dinner, or buy her a romantic DVD and watch it together. Try to take notice on things she says she loves, like if your are out together and she says oh I would love that, it's a hint. There are so many small things you could do for her or give to her, straight from the heart that would mean so much more than any old teddy or bunch of flowers. Use your imagination and do something a little different. Just make it from ur heart is all I can say

This is going to sound lame and I doubt get me any points but here goes. The most precious gift my husband ever gave me (besides our son) is a wildflower that he picked out of a field while he was on a job site. THAT came straight from the heart & i was deeply touched. I have it in my photo album. Sometimes the best gifts cost nothing at all.

Flowers..I think flowers show a woman that you actually care about her. If you are just dating, I don't think it would be smart to give expensive gifts just yet unless you are talkin about marryin that woman one day. You can give a woman wrong ideas when you give her expensive gifts also.
Another thing, something that you put thought into means alot to.
