Did you know that Naomi Campbell got her US Visa revoked? She can no longer enter the USA. Doing community service is of no consequence. She admitted to have done something wrong.
Where you there to know that the maid didn't steal her used clothes to sell it as souvenir? Did you see whether she aimed at the maid or at the nearby wall?

Since she's not a US citizen, the ruling isn't going to really apply to her. She'll just dust herself off and move on to abuse the next assistant she gets. And she'll probably keep doing it until someone actually grows a pair and whacks her back.
