properly there is no reliable answer to this question, there are quite some variables. for instance do you consider getting to the middle only hitting the tootsie roll middle or having it thoroughly uncovered? also relying on the way you lick it. in case you're taking biiiiig licks you'll truthfully get there in a lot less licks... My pal tried this once and uncovered one entire part in 268 licks. discover out a thanks to discover an answer? grab a tootsie pop and start up licking!

I believe that might have but didn't count how many licks with out getting mixed up on how many and most likely would not be exactly the same every time you licked a tootise pop.

I did this when I was a child, it seemed to take forever, but my dad bet me a dollar that I couldn't do it. I won the dollar!
