me and my ex were together for about four months and we were in love. But recently we broke up and i wasnt happy but im not sad. i didnt even cry or anything

You might not be feeling sad now because the reality of the breakup has not sunk in yet. But if you are not sad, that is great, means you were ready to move on. Also depends on the circumstances of the break up. Maybe you really were not happy in this relationship. Stay happy and many great wishes for you!

that's perfectly ok especially if the break up was mutual. there's no rule saying you need to cry after a break up it all depends on how you're feeling about being apart from that person. sometimes your better off for it and realise that so theres no tears and sometimes you feel like you've lost everything and there are too many tears. be glad you aren't suffering! i think it also has to do for how long you've been together. the worst breakups for me have been after 3 or 4 years of seeing someone just because you get so used to them being around all the time and involved in your daily life.

no its not bad. it should tell you however, that you werent in love. when you break up with someone you are in love with, you cant help but to feel sadness and pain. maybe you really cared about him, but more as a friend than a romantic partner. which would explain why your relationship only lasted 4 months.
either that or you really did love him but you are one of those people that dont really cope. and are so like that, that its like they dont even feel the pain.
but its more likely that you just didnt love him.

if you werent sad at all it means that you werent in love. because if the love of your life broke up with you dont you think you would cry just alittle. maybe you guys were just friends that were together and your feelings for each other didnt go past friends... just because you say i love you doesnt mean you mean it.

What kind of love???Puppy love, first time love? Love is so overused.You sound like your a teenager. My niece is 19 and has been in love with every guy she dated. If you were really "in love"
you would have had some emotion. Some day you'll meet someone and fall in love and not just say it.

I think, if you say you weren't sad, that you two weren't really in love. Obviously you guys weren't meant to be together. Four months is really short, not much can happen then.

u didn't love him u cared about him, the relationship was not that long or strong so it wasn't like u had a lot to get over about him. u may have been sad because that was u b/f and now ur alone.

Thats the best way to be as it probably means that you did not love him as much as you thought. Lots of people break up and go completely nuts so good for you for keeping it calm.

its ok not to feel sad wen u break up i was wih a guy for wo yeas nad broke up with him and never cryed or was sad about it. so it all depends on the reason u broke up.
