I need some advice. I work in a small office and next door to us is an office full of guys! None of them have made any effort to come over and ask me out, even though if they see me they stare at me. There is one guy that I kinda want to ask out, but I don't know anything about him. I don't even know his first name! How would I start up a conversation with him, or even ask him out? Does anyone have any tips on how I could approach this situation?

I had a similar situation and she sent me an e-mail.... i only knew the whole story after we started dating... she has move away but we still e-mail.....
see if you can get his card and sent him an e-mail...

start of by asking something silly like you know where I could find a store that sells exercise equipment around here. That's an example. When he answers, say by the way if you don't mind I ask whats your name. then introduce yourself. Then be bold say I've been admiring you for a while.,are you single. If he say he's married or has a girlfriend, do not continue the conversation. Say well it was nice speaking with you, enjoy your evening lol. Don't let him say that OK if I have a girl we could go out sometime. NO! end the conversation

Take in a big box of sweets or chocolate or something and go into the other office offering them around. Then start a conversation by asking them what they do etc and even make a joke of how they stare into your office.

Hope there is enough distance between your offices when the relationship doesn't work out and you still have to see him every day.... Recommend more distance

OK LOOK on your break you should go hang out with these guys. no offence but you should stop being anti-social!!! be aa social freak make all of them laugh!! it doesnt matter about that one guy wat matters is BEING FRIENDS FIRST!!! nobody wants to go out with someone they dont know!!!! so FIRST TO TALK TOOOOOO ALLLLLLLLL THE GUYS and then one of them is bound to ask you out!!!
