well what happens when you try to load, it since when asking a quuestion we need all details, what u have tried, what errors u get..

i'd like to help, but is not clear what you mean.
Windows XP and Office 2003 should go together like bread and butter (of course if they are both original )
ask again with more details (and make it easy to read please)
