I was just wondering if you found it to be effective. I know it increases metabolism, but does it have an appetite supressent in it as well? Just tell me about your experience with it.

I take it. I really haven't noticed any change in my appetite. I am losing some weight, but I'm also doing other things like eating healthier. Nothing dramatic.

I really picked it because it has the percentages of vitamins I wanted to take, and I thought, what the heck, let's try the one with EGCG.

I have taken them and to be honest I didn't notice any difference at all except that it was twice as expensive as my usual vitamin. It is just a regular vitamin with extra caffiene and green tea ingredients. You might want to check out this site and read reviews on it.

And for the record, they are not diet pills. They are actually a multi vitamin.

These pills are never a good idea. As soon as you quit taking them, you'll gain the weight again.

Instead, try eating healthy food and exercising. It works like magic!
