You can get pregnant almost any time you have sex. The only time it is not possible is if you are actually menstruating (on your period.) It is unlikely that you will get pregnant though since it was only 1 day after. If you increase the amount of times you have sex, especially around the midpoint in your cycle, ten to fourteen days after your period, you are sure to get pregnant eventually as long as it is possible for you to become pregnant.

you can but it more likely to happen about ten days after your period. try one of those ovulation kit. to help you.

you can get pregant but it's not likely, if you are trying to get pregant you sure try 14 days BEFORE your next period.
