The question should not be, "is God real", because people will believe what they want to believe, and what people believe or don't believe has absolutely no bearing whatsoever on God being real or not existing at all.

Now, the question is:

Is it possible for God to manifest his own reality?

No one's answer matters but God's (if He can even answer). The Bible, which itself claims to be God's own word revealed to those who wrote it's books, makes some pretty high claims, but also comes with some specific conditions. If you meet the conditions, and God doesn't live up to the claims, then you will have your answer. If you don't meet the conditions, then, well you'll have to decide for yourself what that means. God promised that anyone, anyone at all, who seeks Him will find Him, but there are some conditions upon that seeking. (Jeremiah 29:11-14; John 14:21-25; Hebrews 11:6)

As for these other answers, (some believe and some don't believe), those who have not sought God according to His criteria know nothing, they only choose to believe what makes the most sense to them, whether they say He exists or not. Asking a human if God is real is almost like asking if chocolate tastes good; some will say yes, others will say no, but the only thing that really matters is what it tastes like when you experience it yourself.

Monotheists, believers in one god (mainly Muslims, Christians and Jews) they accept as fact G-d's public revelation on Mount Sinai to at least 600,000 people, and the Bible narratives concerning the Creation.

To the people of these religions, the Jews in particular, G-d is real, because they have a handed down tradition from generation to generation, beginning with the generation of the Exodus, to tell their children what they personally witnessed. You can't fabricate a lie telling people what they did not see and have them tell there children that.
