Sorry, but this is embarrassing. I've been having what i suspect a digestive problem lately, so please dont laugh since this is an serious issue... When I "past wind" (Fart - if you like) I had observed that some form of oil had been excreted while I "past wind". This is unintentional and I cant stop it from happening. What's wrong??..

Normal thing. If you were to collect some of the oil and smell it, you would observe that you have just excreted some feces. It sounds like you have a rather healthy system, since it is in the slick form, just a little too slick so it passed out. (Constipated would not be there.)

What it DOES mean is you should just ask your doctor at your next annual physical (even if it is 11 months from now) if there could be any problems. More than likely you have some internal hemmorrhoids which are silent (i.e., no itching, pain or bleeding) which are causing a disruption to the fecal travel near the anus. While these can be excised and removed, they can and will disappear on their own given time and regular, good diet. While a diet low in oil and high in fiber is good for you, it is good for everyone, oil-passer or not. Eat healthy, pass as much wind as you like, and have a great day!

I wish you made more details on your problems. It could be a variety of reason. Q1: Does it only happen at work? A1: It could possibly be stressed related. Q2: Do you eat a good breakfast before leaving to work? A2: Your stomach could be possibly be crying out for food, if you don't eat for a few hours your stomach goes in to starvation mode and creates more stomach acids. Q3: Do you have acidic food or drinks during the day? A3: Your stomach sometimes cannot handle so much extra acid so It tries to work too hard causing the noise and possible pains. I do suggest you get a food allergy test before trying any other tonics.

Try a low fat/oil diet as excess of these has to be removed somehow.Do not use saturated fats in your diet,i.e.beefburgers fatty mince, this can also cause constipation.Try fresh meat or meatless recipes, eat fresh fruit, vegetables, cereals, wholemeal bread, low fat cheese, fresh potatoes,mashed/boiled not fried.Use unsaturated vegetable margarine. You could mention it to the doctor if you have stomach pains it may be I.B.S.
